We work with families from the beginning of the process to figure out what they are looking for (even if they aren’t sure at the outset!), provide a starter list of options, answer any questions as they go through the research process, and ultimately help them make the right decision for their family. Whether its a 1-2 week camp, a full summer program, a sports camp, or even a teen tour, we pride ourself on listening to what our families are looking for, learning about their children and being a source of support along the way.

How Our Complimentary Camp Placement Service Works
Step 1: Camper Questionnaire
Fill out our intake form to help us get an understanding of your family interests and camper(s) needs. This helps us get a start for where our exploration begins! By understanding what you are looking for - including things like length of time, location, types of preferred activities, we can get better guide you on where to start this process. The decision to send a child away is a daunting one, and we are here to guide you through it!
Step 2: Campfire Chat
Schedule a no-cost call with one of our placement advisors ("ambassadors") where we will discuss your family/child’s interests and put together a list of recommendations we think will be a good fit. This is where we get to know you, learn about your family, and try to get a sense of what you are looking for. We also try to answer any questions around timing, the process from start to finish, and more!
Step 3: Journey Begins
Receive a list of personalized recommendations and a follow up to review the list together and discuss next steps. This is where the fun really begins. Using the initial list, you (and your child) can begin researching the different camps and programs to see what you like (and maybe don't!), and as additional questions come up, we are here to modify, narrow in and adjust.
Step 4: Scouting & Selection
We will help your family narrow in on the top choices, and ultimately make a decision. If your family decides to tour camps, we are there to connect after the tours and help evaluate trade-offs. The final decision can often be the hardest, and the ability to talk through it with someone who has gotten to know your child- and what you are looking for- can be extremely comforting and valuable. We are here whenever and however you need us!
